CAN you help Essex Police identify this man?
A police spokesperson said: “We want to speak to him in connection with our investigation into a theft that occurred at Harlow Garden Nurseries, Canes Lane, #Harlow, on Wednesday 12 July at around 1.40pm.

Really Mondo. Have you had your eyes checked lately. Somebody's facial features and clothing doesn't make them look like a completely different person when they put on a pair of specs. Let's just be grateful that you're not conducting the investigation mate 🙂.
