Appeal after mass fly-tip on border of Harlow

EPPING Forest District Council is looking for information regarding a large fly-tip just outside Harlow.
A spokesperson said: “We are seeking any information or dashcam footage of a fly-tip that took place on Tuesday 5 December, before 8.05am at the layby in Sheering Road, Sheering.

Booking to use the official rubbish dump caused this. I've seen a lot more suff lying about since it started

What a load of rubbish. That's also Geoffs comment. It takes less then 60 seconds to book a slot and there's never a queue at the dump anyone win win
