Appeal after mass fly-tip on border of Harlow

EPPING Forest District Council is looking for information regarding a large fly-tip just outside Harlow.
A spokesperson said: “We are seeking any information or dashcam footage of a fly-tip that took place on Tuesday 5 December, before 8.05am at the layby in Sheering Road, Sheering.

With landfill costs and and the palava of trying to get into the local tip it's hardly surprising the amount of fly tipping.
