AS winter moves into spring, hundreds continue, each week, to take part in the Harlow parkrun.

A parkrun is a 5k run/walk around the town park on Saturday morning at 9am.

There are hundreds all over the country. The first one started in 2004.

The Harlow on started in November 2014.

Harlow’s is a lovely course as it winds around the town park.
