Man charged with breaching Harvey Centre banning order

A HARLOW MAN has been charged with breaching an order banning him from the Harvey Centre in Harlow.
Logan Howe, aged 18, of Spring Hills, Harlow, has been charged with the following.
On May 22nd, 2024, at Harlow, without reasonable excuse, entered the Harvey Centre, which you were prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order made by Chelmsford Magistrates Court.
He has been remanded on unconditional bail until his next scheduled appearance on December 11th, 2024.
