POLICE are currently on the scene of a serious collision on Epping Road in Ongar.

A spokesperson said: “We were called shortly after 9.10am today (Monday 23 September).

The road is currently closed while we respond to the collision and we expect it to remain shut for several hours.

Please avoid the area and will provide an update when we are able to.

“Thank you for your patience and understanding”.
