Disqualified driver pleads guilty to drink driving

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to a number of road traffic offences as well as breaching a restraining order.
Jake Underwood, aged 26, of Wedhey, Harlow, pled to the following.
On September 29th, 2024 drove a Nissan motor car on Elizabeth Way after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, 42 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath exceeded the prescribed limit.
On September 29th, 2024 drove a Nissan motor car on Elizabeth Way when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance.
On September 29th, 2024 drove a Nissan motor car on Elizabeth Way, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence in the execution of their duty.
Underwood was also charged with breaching a restraining order that was issued on May 20th, 2022.
He was remanded on conditional bail until his next scheduled appearance on December 2nd, 2024 at Chelmsford magistrates court.
