Harlow man charged with possession of crack cocaine and disqualified driving

A HARLOW man faces two charges regarding drug possession and a motoring offence.
Daniel Farrelly, aged 36, of Heighams, Harlow has been charged with the following.

On March 22nd, 2024, at Chelmsford had in your possession a quantity of crack cocaine, a controlled drug of class A in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
On April 27th, 2024, at Chelmsford drove a Vauxhalll Insignia while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence.
No date has been scheduled for his next appearance at court nor a plea indicated.
