Harlow man receives suspended sentence for drug driving and possession of knife

A HARLOW man has received a suspended sentence for a number of road traffic offences and possessing an offensive weapon.
Aaron Grant, aged 38,, of Tany’s Dell, Harlow pleaded guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.
On December 24th, 2023 on First Avenue, Harlow drove a Mini Cooper, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, in your blood, exceeded the specified limit.

On December 24th, 2023 on First Avenue, Harlow drove a Mini Cooper, when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance.

Grant was given a custodial sentence for eighteen weeks which was suspended for twelve months.
He was disqualified from driving for fourteen months.
Fined £120.00
Unpaid work. Requirement to be completed within 12 months. – Number of hours: 60 Hours.
