Harlow man charged with drug-driving

A Harlow man has been charged with driving whilst under the influence of drugs.
Martin Mallia, aged 44, of Carters Mead, Harlow was charged with the following.
On August 9th, 2024, on Hodings Road, Harlow, you drove an Audi A3, when the proportion of a controlled drug, BZE, cocaine breakdown product), in your blood, exceeded the specified limit.
The court report has states that there is now a warrant in force for Mallia’s arrest.
