HARE Street Primary can very proudly announce that they have been nominated as Active Essex school of the year for physical education and sport in 2024.

A spokesperson said: “There are 521 primary schools in Essex and we’re in the hunt for the most prestigious award for sport the local authority gives out.

“To be nominated in the final three is a win in itself and the clubs, fixtures, sports events, the PE staff, and the culture we’ve built since last September has all been worth it.

“The awards take place on the 5th of December – we’ll update you all”.
