SOMETIMES people see a large number of emergency service vehicles at a location and wonder what has happened.

There is aways a line between public interest and what the public find interesting.

A case in point may be the large number of police vehicles and emergency service personnel at Mercers in the Katherines estate in town on Tuesday night.

Having spoken to the police press officer it appears to have been a mental health episode.

You may question the presence but that may all depend on what the call came across as.

But sometimes it is important to report what it wasn’t in order to eliminate what it wasn’t.
