A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to breaching a community order which forbids him from entering the Harvey Centre.

Logan Howe, aged 20, of Spring Hills, Harlow was charged with the following.

On January 20th, 2025, at Harlow, you entered the Harvey Centre, which you were prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order made by Chelmsford magistrates court on February 16th, 2024.

The courts have yet to update lists and detail what sanction has been imposed on Howe.
