THE MAN behind Harlow Town Football Club’s main sponsor Pardus Wealth has been handed a fifteen month prison sentence for contempt of court.

Businessman Greg Bryce was handed the sentence following committal proceedings in the High Court in London.

Proceedings took place on Friday February 7th, 2025. The judgement was made by The Hon Mr Justice Bryan.

Bryce presently resides in Dubai, having previously lived near Saffron Walden.

Bryce did not attend. According to the court documents, he cannot afford to return to the UK.

The case was between SIA Investment Industry and Pardus Wealth Limited together with Gregory Robert Bryce.

As we previously reported (see below), Bryce was found guilty of contempt of court by breaching the terms of a £3 million freezing order.

It states:

(1) Mr Bryce failed to comply with paragraph 8 of the Freezing Order at the time he
was required to do so, and in the List of Assets Email provided thereafter.

(2) Mr Bryce failed to comply with paragraph 10 of the Freezing Order in failing to
swear and serve an Affidavit setting out the information required by paragraph 8 of
the Freezing Order; and

(3) Mr Bryce entered into a loan extension with West One Limited which incurred
additional fees and decreased the available equity in Saffron House in breach of
paragraph 4(1) of the Freezing Order.

In a 26 page judgement, the judge goes into detail about the case and leads us to his decision to sentence Bryce to fifteen months.

He also faces a costs bill close to £100,000.

Judge Bryan does take into account testimony in relation to Bryce’s mental state.

Bryce, is the son-in-law of Harlow Town Football Club’s sole owner, Tommy Cunningham.

Greg Bryce is the director of Pardus Wealth Limited. According to Companies House, Pardus Wealth is in the process of being liquidated.

Harlow Town’s stadium on Elizabeth Way in Harlow continues to be described as the Pardus Wealth Arena and is described as the main sponsor on the Harlow Town Football Club website.

A spokesperson for Harlow Town said: “Pardus Wealth signed a three year deal with us as our main sponsor which runs its course at the end of this season.”

The owners son in law right (Tommy Cunningham) who also had links to Magnus Peterson locked up 2015 for something financial. He too had a vested interest in our club. Looks dodgy to me
