ESSEX Police has sealed off part of a street in Harlow.
Lower Meadow is off Paringdon Road.
When we attended (0900 hrs) two units were protecting the scene.
YH has contacted Essex Police for more details.
More follows.
Perhaps Essex police should move their headquarters to Harlow, rather than have to drive at least 20mins to get here
I hope that poor man will be okay.
Harlow is safer now than ever.
Barry what planet are you on!!??
Harlow is 3rd world violence. At no time of day or night is anyone or property safe. You should be allowed to walk anywhere day or night without sexual or abusive assault.
