WHAT a season this young woman has had! Evie ( who plays her netball with Crosskeys NC) started the season with a string of player of the match awards based on her positive impact on matches.

She qualified as an IOA umpire around Christmas. Then disaster! She sustained a serious knee and ankle injury which kept her from playing for almost six months!

During her time out she decided to put the time to good use and applied for her Level 1 coaching.

Today she passed that award and impressed her assessors so much they have suggested that when she turns 18 in the new year to apply to do her Level. 2. Excellent Evie.

In June she was awarded the clubs Prestigious Julie Hanger Memorial Trophy by the club in recognition of all she does.
