HARLOW Town got their season back on track with an away victory against Tring Athletic.

Goals by Freddie Gray (48) and Effah (60) secured three important points for the Hawks.

The only black mark was the sending off of Harlow manager, Danny Chapman.

The result sees Harlow rise to 13th place. Twelve points off the top but a long way to go.

They return to league action on Saturday September 27th, at home to Kempston Rovers.
