AN OLD Harlow man has pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified.
David Evans, aged 53, of High Street, Old Harlow made the plea at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On August 11th, 2025, at Coopersale Common, Epping, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence.
Evans will be required to undertake 40 hours of community work and was issued with six penalty points.
That's his punishment? He'll be back behind a wheel tomorrow.
"OLD Harlow man". 53 does not sound that old to me.
In other words he's got away with it Scott free what a joke.
