THREE Harlow residents have been charged with a number of drug offences.

Ricky Fetti, aged 35, Risdens, Harlow

Between 18 Oct 2024 and 22 Oct 2025 at Harlow were concerned in the supplying of a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B, to another in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

Between 18 Oct 2024 and 22 Oct 2025 at Harlow were concerned in the supplying of a quantity of cocaine, a controlled drug of class A, to another in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

Between 18 Oct 2024 and 22 Oct 2025 at Harlow were concerned in the supplying of a quantity of ketamine, a controlled drug of class B, to another in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

Fetti has been remanded on bail until next appearance at Chelmsford Crown Court on November 20th, 2025.

Tiffany Blunnie, aged 36, of Spinning Wheel Mead, Harlow

Between 18 Oct 2024 and 22 Oct 2025 at Harlow were concerned in the supplying of a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B, to another in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

Between 18 Oct 2024 and 22 Oct 2025 at Harlow were concerned in the supplying of a quantity of ketamine, a controlled drug of class B, to another in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

Between 18 Oct 2024 and 22 Oct 2025 at Harlow were concerned in the supplying of a quantity of cocaine, a controlled drug of class A, to another in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

Blunnie has been remanded on bail until next appearance at Chelmsford Crown Court on November 20th, 2025.

Between 18 Oct 2024 and 22 Oct 2025 at Harlow were concerned in the supplying of a quantity of ketamine, a controlled drug of class B, to another in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

Between 18 Oct 2024 and 22 Oct 2025 at Harlow were concerned in the supplying of a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B, to another in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

Between 18 Oct 2024 and 22 Oct 2025 at Harlow were concerned in the supplying of a quantity of cocaine, a controlled drug of class A, to another in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

On or in 18 Feb 2025 at Harlow  had in your possession a quantity of cannabis a controlled drug of class B with intent to supply it to another in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

On or in 18 Feb 2025 at Harlow had in your possession a quantity of Cocaine, a controlled drug of class A with intent to supply it to another in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

Borosan has been remanded on bail until next appearance at Chelmsford Crown Court on November 20th, 2025.

There is no indication of any pleas at this point.
