QUEENS Park Rangers have re-signed former loanee Ronnie Edwards for an undisclosed fee from fellow Championship side Southampton reports the BBC.

QPR said the 22-year-old has signed a “long-term” contract with the club but have not disclosed the exact length of the deal.

Former Peterborough defender Edwards scored twice in 22 appearances during a loan spell with QPR in the second half of last season.

Ronnie Edwards attended Passmores Academy before signing for Barnet and then onto Peterborough.

He has represented England at Under 21 level.
