Harlow man pleads guilty to assault and criminal damage

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to assault and criminal damage.
Benn Lewis, aged 47, of Ram Gorse, Harlow pled to the following at Chelmsford magistrate court.

On July 12th, 2025 at Harlow, without lawful excuse, damaged garden fence to the value of £600.00 belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.
On July 12th, 2025 at Harlow, assaulted a male.
Lewis was given a conditional discharge for nine months and fined £300.00.
Pathetic sentence as usual.
