DETECTIVES investigating an incident in Harlow are trying to trace a witness.

At around 6pm on Thursday 16 April an incident in which a man was acting inappropriately took place on the canal path on River Way, Harlow. It was reported that a man exposed himself.

We believe that a man who was fishing with his two young children at the location and who spoke to another man about the incident at the time, may have information that could help our investigation.

We’d like to trace him and would ask him to contact us.

A 35-year-old man was arrested in connection with the investigation and has been released on bail whilst our enquiries continue.
