Harlow man pleads guilty to driving under influence of drugs

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty of driving under the influence of drugs.

Davyd Foster, aged 45, of Seymours, Harlow pled guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On June 12th, 2024, at High Street, Ongar, drove a Seat Ateca, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Benzoylecgonine (BZE, cocaine breakdown product), in your blood, exceeded the specified limit.

Foster was disqualified for 15 months and fined £120.00
