Man pleads guilty to breaching sexual harm prevention order

A MAN has pleaded guilty to breaching a sexual harm prevention order and a public order offence.

Josh Guilder, aged 26, of Lower Meadow Court, Northampton pled to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On May 9th, 2026 at Harlow, with intent to cause a person harassment, alarm or distress, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress.

On May 9th, 2026 at Harlow, without reasonable excuse, did something, namely, approached a child under the age of 10, not previously known to him which was not inadvertent nor avoidable , which you were prohibited from doing by a sexual harm prevention order made by Chelmsford Crown Court under section 345 of the Sentencing Act 2020, on 26/02/2024.

Guilder has been committed to Crown Court for sentence in custody. Next hearing in Crown Court is set for June 9th, 2026.

Just proves that all these court orders are rubbish. They do not create an impenetrable force field stopping such actions. All in all, to the sick minded, they are just words Lock him up and throw away the key. Let the other inmates dish out real justice to the pervert.
