Four arrested after disturbance at Asda in The Water Gardens

FOUR people have been arrested after we responded to reports of a disturbance in Harlow.

A police spokesperson said: “We were called to the Asda at the Water Gardens shopping centre at around 2.50pm today (Sunday 17 May).

It had been reported a group of people were being aggressive and verbally abusive to security at the location.

As we dealt with the incident two officers and one PCSO reported they had been assaulted.

Officers have arrested a man and three women.

We are aware that this incident was witnessed by a significant number of people and we need anyone who saw what happened or has footage to contact us.
