A MAN has been charged with exposing his genitals and a number of public order offences.

Jeffrey Bothwell, aged 62, of Seaford Road, London appeared at Chelmsford magistrates court charged with the following.

On November 1st, 2025 at Stansted, with intent to cause unknown harassment, alarm or distress, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress.

On November 1st, 2025 at Stansted, assaulted a male.

On November 1st, 2025 at Stansted, you did ntentionally exposed your genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress

Bothwell was remanded on unconditional bail.

His next appearance is scheduled for July 20th, 2026 at Chelmsford magistrates court.
