Harlow Health Centre Trust set to hold AGM

HARLOW Health Centres Trust will hold its Annual General meeting open to the public on Friday 24th July 2026 at 12 noon in the Latton Hall at the Latton Bush Centre, Southern way, Harlow.

Harlow Health Centres Trust (HHCT) aim is to provide the best possible health care facilities for the people of Harlow. Since 1994 the Trust has embarked on a programme of redeveloping its existing buildings providing new state of the art health facilities for Harlow. In line with the Trust’s charitable purposes the Trust also distributes grants to support community health and wellbeing, with £200,000 being available for 2026. HHCT is now the biggest donor of community grants in Harlow.


Harlow Health Centres Trust is responsible for the fabric and facilities of Florence Nightingale, Keats House, Addison House, Nuffield House, Sydenham House, and Lister House.
The Trust AGM will agree constitutional matters and receive the annual accounts.

The Trust AGM will also receive an overview regarding recent grants awarded, along with a presentation from two of HHCT’s successful grant receivers.

The AGM is open to all members of the public who will have the opportunity to scrutinise and question the on-going work of HHCT.

Bill Rammell, Chair of HHCT, said, “Harlow Health Centres Trust is a unique and important charitable Trust which manages our local Primary Care facilities, and invests significant grants to support community health and wellbeing. The AGM is an opportunity for all members of the public to hear in detail about the Trust and scrutinise and question our work.”
