THE Harlow parkrun often has tourists, both from the UK and abroad. On Saturday, it was lucky that v-logger Mark came to visit.

Mark has made this wonderful film that really captures the beauty of the Harlow Town Park as well as the wonderful atmosphere at the run that has been taking place since November 2014.

If you would like to take part, it is there every Saturday at 9am.
