Cray Wanderers 2 v 2 Harlow Town
HARLOW’S dip in form has continued as they dropped two points against lowly Cray Wanderers.
Once again, it seemed that sloppy mistakes at the back has cost the Hawks dear.
Two defeats and a draw is not what they wanted in December but it may keep the players grounded as they continue to seek promotion.
Junior Appiah opened the scoring after five minutes. Alex Read made it two after 19 minutes. It is at this point that many thought Harlow would have put the game out of sight.
However, goals by Dmitir Larin and then Shaun Welford gave the Kent side a vital point.
To make matters worse, Harlow had Billy Jones sent off late on.
Harlow return on Boxing Day with a tough local derby against Ware.
