THERE is a sad symbolism in seeing a disgusting amount of fly tipping blocking the road to the Gibberd Garden.

YH only noticed it as we were filming a charity runner as he came back into Harlow.

We hope it will be cleaned up very soon and we also hope that all the relevant agencies will be on guard to make sure fly-tipping will not blight our town.
