Essex Police have released an E-Fit of a man they would like to identify in connection with an indecent exposure in Broadly Road, Sumners.

A man exposed himself to a woman in her 30s near the underpass in Broadley Road, Harlow, between 9am and 10am on Saturday, March 28.

He was white, 5ft 7ins tall, and slim, with short blond hair and wore a black tracksuit.
