HARLOW Council leader, cllr Jon Clempner is a thoughtful and considerate council leader. He takes on each challenge and thinks them through.

On Thursday night, at Harlow Council, he made what is traditionally called the “State of the Town” address.

Cllr Clempner reflects on the issues such as the illegal encampments, the street lighting, the budget, the enterprise zone and all the opportunities for Harlow in 2015 and beyond.
