A man has been charged following an incident in the Willowfield area of Harlow at about 12.35pm on Sunday, August 30.

Shea Kenny, 25, unemployed, of Abbeydale Close, Harlow, is charged with grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.

He has been remanded in custody to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today.

Five other men who were arrested in connection with the incident were questioned and later released without charge, and face no further police action.
