East of England Ambulance Service: “We received a call today at 13:45pm to reports of an RTC involving a car and a pedestrian.

“We sent an ambulance officer (on scene in five mins) and an ambulance crew who are both still on scene.

“A female in her mid-20s is currently being treated for neck injuries. I will update when I know if she is to be taken to hospital and what hospital that is.

1415 hrs

We have received a report that a woman has been knocked down outside Harlow railway station.

Police and ambulance in attendance.
