SPORTIVE Funding to Create Essex Legacy: Active Essex are accepting applications for ‘Sportivate’ funding for projects running between April and September as part of a £1.5 million London 2012 sporting legacy investment over a six-year period.

Sportivate invests lottery funds into projects which engage and retain more young people aged 11-25 into physical activity. It funds local clubs, coaches and leisure providers to involve youngsters in taster sessions with the aim of keeping them active after the course.
