The popular GP and broadcaster will be joined at LighterLife’s central office by local MP Robert Halfon and LighterLife founder Bar Hewlett, to help attendees discover a range of bespoke plans, sampling of nutritious meals, bars and shakes; plus find out how they can raise money for a worthwhile cause and improve their own health at the same time.

Funds will go to Stroke Association to support those who have suffered a stroke, and help prevent it through better health choices. The risk of having a stroke rises as BMI increases; 64% of those who have had a stroke are obese.

Dr Hilary Jones explains: “I’m delighted to help launch this fantastic initiative, which will help benefit the people of Harlow and the rest of the nation.”
