Trial date set for death of Harlow man at Park Inn

A MAN aged 20 has pleaded not guilty to killing a 52-year-old Harlow man who died after an assault at the Park Inn Hotel.

Bradley Casey, formerly of Palmers Way, Cheshunt, and now living in Thetford, Norfolk, denied the manslaughter of Harlow William Wareham when he appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court on Wednesday (March 23) reports a newspaper.

Police were contacted by the ambulance service on Saturday, December 12 with reports that a man was injured at the Southern Way hotel.

Mr Wareham had suffered a serious head injury and was taken to hospital, where he died the next afternoon. The provisional cause of death was a head injury.

Mr Casey will go on trial on October 3.
