ESSEX Firefighters have been called to an RTC involving two vehicles. Crews are using specialist cutting equipment to release two casualties trapped in their vehicles on First Avenue in Harlow.

Update 17:51hrs – The casualties have been released from the vehicles and left in the care of the Ambulance Service.
