Teen arrested over Church Langley indecent assault

A 16-year-old boy from Harlow has been arrested in connection with two sexual assaults in Kiln Lane, Harlow.
The boy was arrested in Harlow at 7.50pm last night, Wednesday, July 17, on suspicion of sexual assault by touching in connection with the incidents on Monday, July 15.
He remains in custody this morning, Thursday.
