A 19 year old man from Harlow and another 19 year old from Portsmouth were arrested yesterday and questioned about the burglary and fire at the house in Barn Mead both have been released on police bail until October 31.

Detectives are still urging anyone with information on the tragic fire to come forward, a 19 year old previously arrested in relation to the case remains on police bail until October 16.
