HUNG Hoang 29 of no fixed abode, appeared in Chelmsford Magistrates court yesterday following a police raid in West Road, Harlow on Monday. During the raid officers found 500 cannabis plants growing in a warehouse.

Hoang was charged with a variety of drug offences including, producing a controlled drug, abstracting electricity, possession of a controlled class A drug and possession with intent to supply a controlled class B drug. The estimated street value of drugs recovered from the property was more than £200,000.
