INTERVIEWS are being held today to find the principal of the New The Sir Charles Kao University Technical College (SCK UTC) which will be opening in Harlow September 2014. The UTC for students aged 14 – 19 will be located within the grounds of the current Harlow college.

The UTC will give students the opportunity to combine academic and technical learning and explore the application of Science, Engineering & Computing in two specialist areas – Medical Technology & Smart Environments, it is sponsored by Anglia Ruskin University and Harlow College with support from local and national employers including Johnson Controls, Pearson Education, Raytheon, GSK and Applied Scintillation Technologies.
