POLICE are appealing for help in identifying a man they want to speak to in connection with the theft of fuel from a petrol station in Harlow.

A black Volkswagen Gold was filled with £38.58 of diesel and the driver then left the forecourt of the Esso in Edinburgh Way at 9.20pm on October 16, making no attempt to pay.

Anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV image is asked to contact Pc Michael Ornellas at Harlow police station on 101 or Crimstoppers on 0800 555 111.
