ESSEX Police have issued an e-fit of a man they want to speak to as part of their investigation into the attempted theft of a mobile phone from a 16-year-old girl in Harlow last Friday.

The victim was walking along Paringdon Road shortly before 7.25pm on Friday November 29 when three men on the other side of the road started shouting at her. One of the men then crossed the road and tried to grab her phone out of her hand.
