A MAN from Harlow has been charged with driving offences following a collision in Harbert Road, Harlow on January 31 involving six cars.

James DODGE, aged 39 from Felmongers, Harlow is charged with aggravated vehicle taking and property damage; using a motor vehicle without insurance and driving without a licence. He has been bailed to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates Court on April 24.
