Daylight robbery outside bookmakers in Staple Tye

DETECTIVES are appealing for witnesses after a man was attacked and robbed outside a betting shop in Harlow yesterday (Saturday, May 17).
The victim aged 26 and from Harlow, had been in the Bet Fred office in Staple Tye. He was threatened by two men as he left the book makers at 5.45pm. He was hit with a bottle, receiving a minor injury to his ear. The suspects took a three figure sum of cash from him and made off.
Dc Neale Parker, of Harlow CID, said: “This happened in a public place and there would have been a lot of people around at the time. I would ask anyone who may have seen what happened to contact me as soon as possible.”

Just to let everyone know the victim is the same man that dragged the poor woman out of her car and stole her car and handbag and left her on the road so little apples do grow
