POLICE officers in Harlow have issued an Efit of a man they want to identify, who is believed to be responsible for several indecent exposure incidents in Harlow.

A man has exposed himself of three occasions to a 16 year old schoolgirl in the Felmongers area of Harlow on May 19, 20 and 21, between 8.30-8.45am. He is described as in his mid to late 40s, white, pale, almost ill looking, with receding light coloured hair, 5ft 7-9 ins tall and skinny build. On all occasions he is described as wearing grey jogging bottoms and a grey/blue jacket.

Pc Craig Davey said: “I would ask anyone with any information, anyone who recognises the man or any victims who haven’t phoned police about similar incidents to contact me at Harlow Police Station on 101.”
