POLICE are hoping to reunite a bike with its owner.

During the early hours of September 25, police arrested an 18-year-old man on suspicion of theft after attempts were made to steal a bike in the Water Gardens car park in Harlow.

Police have recovered the bike and are seeking its owner.

The man, from Harlow, has been released on police bail pending further enquiries until November 10.

Anyone who recognises the bike should contact Pc James Selwood at Harlow police station on 101.
