FA Trophy 1st

Harlow Town 5 v 2 Wroxham

FA Trophy Preliminary Round

HARLOW Town made short work of Wroxham to win 5-2 in the FA Trophy Preliminary Round

It was Harlow’s 135th birthday and they looked in party mood.

Harlow opened the scoring in the 15th minute when new signing Junior Appiah tapped home from two yards out.

Harlow made it 2-0 10 minutes later when a lovely sweeping move ended with Appiah again scoring from close range.

Harlow went in 3-0 at half time after the Wroxham keeper spilled the ball from close range into the path of Layne Eadie who made no mistake from a tight angle.

Wroxham got back in the game with a great strike from Nathan Stone in the 62nd minute.

However, Harlow restored their three goal lead a minute later with a free kick.

Harlow went even further with a rocket from sub Jared Small.

Wroxham got a goal back through a tap in from Remy Gordon.
