Romford 2 v 2 Harlow Town

HARLOW Town were held to a draw by a hard working Romford at Ship Lane on Saturday afternoon.

It all looked promising early on when Alex Read converted a penalty in the 2nd minute.

But that goal was cancelled out by a strike by Charlie Ibe in the 10th minute. Romford went into the lead after in the 50th minute.

The pressure was on but James Smith scored a few minutes later.

Smith was sent off late on but the Hawks clung on to gain a valuable point.
