Politics / Fri 19th Dec 2014 pm31 05:41pm

THERE will be a By-election in Harlow after a UKIP councillor has decided to step down.

Jerry Crawford was elected as the councillor for Mark Hall in May. However, he has been in poor health recently and so has decided to step down.

YH understands that UKIP’s main organiser, Mark Gough (a Mark Hall resident) is set to stand.

The by-election is set for Feb 12th.

Ukip won the seat by just 60 votes.
